Considered Purchases
Every piece in the LEGACY vault is one of a kind — a natural diamond or gemstone selected, verified, and documented individually. Because no two pieces are alike, acquisitions from the House are considered purchases and sales are final, with the protections below.
Your protections
- Not as described: if a piece offered by the House is not as described, you may return it in unused condition, as set out in our Terms of Service. Contact your advisor promptly upon delivery and the House will arrange insured collection at no cost to you.
- Transit damage: every shipment travels fully insured under Brink’s Global Services. In the unlikely event of damage in carriage, notify your advisor promptly upon receipt — the House manages the insured claim in full and makes it right.
- Certification: independent certification (GIA and other leading laboratories) is available on request for every stone, before you commit. We encourage every client to review certification and ask every question before purchase — our advisors exist for exactly this.
Before you commit
The House’s model is deliberate: private consultation, full documentation, complete transparency on the stone and the price — so that the decision you make is one you keep. Book a private consultation or open a private enquiry and examine everything first.
