Every piece that leaves the LEGACY vault travels the same way: under the care of Brink’s Global Services, the House’s exclusive logistics partner — secured, fully insured door-to-door, and released only against signature at the destination you specify.
Insured carriage, worldwide
- Carrier: Brink’s Global Services — secured and insured, vault to door.
- Coverage: every shipment is fully insured for its declared value for the entire journey. Risk passes to you only upon signed delivery.
- Destinations: the House delivers worldwide, with USA-first service.
- Complimentary delivery: worldwide delivery is complimentary on orders above $100,000. For all other orders, delivery is quoted at confirmation before any payment is taken.
- Packaging: discreet, secure outer packaging; the contents are never identified externally.
Dispatch & timing
Each piece is verified, certified where applicable, and prepared for carriage by the atelier before dispatch. Your advisor confirms the dispatch window and the expected delivery date at order confirmation, and shares tracking and delivery coordination directly with you. A signature from the named recipient is required upon delivery.
Duties & taxes
Import duties and taxes vary by destination. Your advisor confirms the complete landed position for your country before dispatch, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay — no surprises at the door.
On delivery
Please inspect your piece upon receipt. In the unlikely event of transit damage, contact your advisor promptly — every shipment travels fully insured, and the House manages any carrier claim on your behalf in full. See our Returns policy.
